Disappointed

I was so excited to get these pillows as I was told by the content creator that it helped with neck and back pain while sleeping. FAIL the pillows are flat, no bounce back and I ball them up to sleep. I even put them in the dryer to fluff them up . So disappointed with this purchase

Pillows flat

Order the pillows for the second time since I love the once I got a year ago but this time when I order them I let them fluff for around 24 48 hours and placed themOn the dryer to help them fluff up but they are a lot more flatter then the original pillows I got they didn’t get fluffy at all they are very flat it seems like since I got themWhen they were on sale they didn’t get as much stuffing as my original order I placed year ago. Not really happy with purchase. If I did not open, would return. They are supposed to be fluffy, and bounce back. Not after you put your head on one."cooling gel infused fibers" - did not feel cool to me, and I was looking for cooling pillowsHave to scrunch up to have anything to lay your head on
