When it works it is awesome...but then....

It is an amazing unit when it works. One day out of the blue I received 'Lid' error. I tried every conceivable fix (googled help) and nothing. I do not recommend this particular unit.

The pressure cooker

When using pressure cooker. The steams are leaking out even the valve is closed. I even replaced a new instant pot ring. It did the same thing.

Great Instant Pot

I bought this for my 2nd home and like it a lot. I like the steam vent and the use of operation. The presents are great too.

Best instant pot so far

I have used 3 different instant pots, but wanted to test the whisper quiet unit. I did the test run for the first time out of the 4 IPs, and it was indeed quiet. I was surprised to see the additional red silicone ring. I also like the stainless steel body, the sleek key pannel and dial button,etc. This unit will be used mainly for quick steam release function, because the steam doesn't shoot up too much. LOVE THIS SO MUCH!

Received used and opened box

I understand that deliveries can sometimes be delayed, and that’s fine. However, receiving an item that was clearly opened and previously used is completely unacceptable. 😕📦 Macy’s, if you want to keep customers’ trust, your team needs to check products before shipping them out. I ordered and paid full price expecting a brand-new, unopened item—not a used one. Please do better with quality control before sending products to customers.

Glad I got this brand

This replaces an older cooker of another brand that had outlived its usefulness. This pot had been wonderful so far. Quiet, quickly comes to pressure, quickly releases steam. Roast, soup, yogurt have all come out great.
