Nice and comfortable
The packaging was horrible. When I unrolled the topper it was very hard to roll out flat. I also found dingy spots on my topper. It looked like it had been in the warehouse for a long time. I tried to re-roll the topper. I was going to send it back, but it was too difficult to do. I just kept the product. I did put it on my bed and I must say the bed is very very comfortable.

Wow! What a flop.
Was so excited to find a mattress topper that was made with biodegradable materials. This one however, was a mess. From the box it was a TIGHTLY rolled up egg shaped thing. I expected that it would be compressed but when I unravelled the clear cellophane cover and tried to unroll it, it was stiff as a board. After wrestling with it for a while I got it almost un rolled and laid it out on the dining room table hoping a miracle would occur over the next 24 hours. What I found the next day was a mis-shaped square of green foam pad with BIG divots throughout and discolored spots. I returned and thank God for Macys return policy but it was a heavy thing that was hard to get into a large black plastic bag and even harder getting it into the store. It took both my husband and I to get this task done. So disappointed since it looked like exactly what I wanted/needed in the picture on-line. ONE star for this product but Five stars for Macys customer service.
Great Topper
Recvd this Queen Topper a few days ago. It replaces an old very comfortable topper I have used for many years. I was afraid it wouldn’t measure up. I wasn’t disappointed. Almost no odor at all. I was kind of nervous when I struggled to unfold it. I was thinking I may need to return it. But in less than 24 hours It was a perfectly shaped topper. The sizing is right on & is very comfortable Feels just as good as my last one Very pleased.
