Hands still froze in snow

I wanted warm gloves that I could shovel snow and clean my car off without my hands freezing But my hands were still freezing.

Nice gloves so far except for unraveling seam

These Isotoner gloves are promoted as water-repellant, but I haven't tested them yet in wet weather. The SmarTouch patches are practical for using one's phone, etc. without removing the gloves. The inside lining is fairly warm, though it is so snug that it makes putting the gloves on a little difficult. I'm hoping that with use, they will loosen up a bit and get on more easily. . . . The main complaint I have is that, after wearing them only a few times, the main seam on the outside (back of hand) is already unraveling on BOTH gloves. I will try to stitch them myself instead of returning, since I don't want the bother. It's disappointing.
