Is the writing on back of tube in Chinese.

Is your IT Bye Bye under eye full coverage concealer showing the back of the tube ingredients in Chinese, and the package box is all in English? Distribute by L'Oreal USA. Would it be possible that any product sold at Macy's is different from other retailers. I didn't purchase it at Macy's; I was hoping to see if the description on the back of the tube was same as what I got. Thanks.
