Beyond disappointed ☹️!!
Product came used!! REALLY!! Gross 🤢!! I would rate this a ZERO…NO STARS!! But that wasn’t an option.
Worthless product
We only used our coffee make a few times and it went into a descale mode; it doesn’t brew coffee anymore. It only descales; the only function that works. We have had it on the counter for a long time to match with the rest of the Cafe appliances, and now considering throwing it away. If zero star was an option, that would be my rating of this product. I have spent numerous hours researching on how to fix it, but I’ve been unsuccessful.

Great value
This is a major upgrade fro our conventional drip coffee maker. The warming plate was very inaccurate and was causing our coffee to taste bitter. The key to this model is the thermal carafe. Our coffee is heated only once during the brew process and transferred to the carafe. The coffee stays warm for nearly 3 hours.

Subpar
The app did NOT work properly while setting up the connection with the coffee maker. It was only until bluetooth was activated (after googling online for 30+ minutes) that the connection was established. Horrendous interface. The brewing is also not as smooth as a traditional (simple) coffee maker. Overall, this is not worth its selling price.

GREAT COFFE MAKER/issues peeling handle
THIS IS A GREAT COFFEE MAKER. The only issue I have is that the copper handle is peeling. It is an eye sore as I have all the GE Cafe appliances in my kitchen and this is the only one with blemishes. it is very disappointing as the coffee maker was not cheap. The peeling copper is the only reason I did not give this product 5 stars. I would love the company to "make this right" for all the customers having this same issue.
