Worst Macy's Experience EVER!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Macy's or any other department store for that matter! I ordered a suit for my husband, the order was confirmed, and when it arrived there were no suit pants with it. I immediately contacted Customer Service and, after a VERY long wait to speak with someone, I was told that the pants were "out of stock." I also sent an email to Customer Service; the response said that I could not return the suit jacket and get a refund b/c Macy's received an email from the delivery service that the suit was delivered! How ridiculous that your employee would send a paid for suit without the pants, and then to be told I couldn't return that unfulfilled order.!

Quality, perfectly fitting suit pants at s low pri

These pants fit perfectly on my son. They look nice and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The price was low and the quality is excellent.
