I have been using the product for years and the latest bottle has a really bad smell that develops a few minutes after application. Have you guys changed the formula?

2 months agoNew formula, not what it used to be.
I have been using Double Duty Face Moisturizer SPF 20 for years and always like it for the light texture and nice subtle smell. I bought some recently and to be honest I thought I was delivered a fake, since formula was different and smell and feel were quite bad compared to what I am used too. So I came on the website to double check ingredients etc and saw other reviews like mine. I concur, this is no longer the same product as it used to be, significantly worst from my perspective. Won't be buying again with that formula. Ingredient list in current product description is also quite misleading.

As others have noted, the ingredients have changed. The new formula is terrible and feels like crappy drugstore brands you'd buy. It's greasy, has a chemical smell and feels like I'm poisoning my skin using it. Ive been using this moisturizer for over 10 years but won't be purchasing it any longer. The bottle on the left is the old version, right is the new version. The ingredients have clearly changed.

I've been using this product for many many years and always enjoyed the feel in the non-greasiness of i, but now they've changed the formula and the smell is unusable it is terrible. I have no idea how a company like this could not have people smelling this prior to releasing a new formula. My suggestion is go back to your old formula you had a good product but not anymore!

I’ve used this for years. It goes on nicely. Absorbs so well. I use it under makeup. yes I’m a woman using a men’s brand. Why? Because the scent is barely there and I really appreciate that! My kids needs to start wearing a daily sunscreen and we picked this for them too.

Change in formula inactive ingredients leaves a different smell. This is too bad. Please Jack Black change it back. Not sure if I’ll buy this again.

Excellent
Please consider keeping this size as an option. It says limited time deal. I don’t care if the price goes back up in the future or whatever, just please keep the large 16oz quantity option. I use this all over my body not just my face and it works marvelously as a moisturizer and sunscreen in one. Another 10/10 product.

New Formula Stings Eyes
I’ve been using this as my daily lotion with SPF product for years, but the changed formula in this 16oz bottle stings my eyes and doesn’t smell as good as the previous formula.
