Nice Unit but severely Under powered -

After buying 4 units, they do not light anywhere close to the specified distance, the white circular gobos, can only be seen if the unit is extremely close to a wall or floor. They are disappointing, I bought them to go with 2 intimate party boxes and 6 party tubes. A Harman JBL user, sorry to say while other equipment is excellent, these are not the standard, I expect from JBL.

JBL's Party Animal - The Partylight-Beam

Quite simply an excellent product and a must for any party. Aptly named, it adds a certain ambience to an event with little effort in regards to setup. The lighting effect is bright as well as colorful. Flashes of color eminate from this inconspicuous little device in time with any music genre to produce a festive mood that every gathering demands. Crazy easy to setup and operate as well. A smart purchase for anyone desiring to raise the bar on their personal party or even a DJ who wants to own the event.

Fun little box with a lot of cool tricks

Honestly one of the cooler things JBL has sent me for review, love using this with the Club PartyBox speakers. The lights sync perfectly, and really add a lot of fun to any party or music night. Definitely worth it if you're looking to spice up your karaoke or dance party nights! Fully customizable with the JBL One app, which gives you control over the mood and flow of the vibe.

Functional for parties

I accepted this product sample because I host parties at my house and I needed something make the party move lively. Before getting the item I thought it was going to be big and bulky but turns out it’s small and mighty. This is small enough to bring to any party without being a hassle. The design of the outside is very thick and durable, will keep the bulbs protected. I used this to host a baby shower and all of the guests thought I rented equipment for the party. It was really a vibe. I loved the different effects and color options I can customize using the app. This is a great addition for anyone that hosts parties. The only thing I wished that I had known was that it’s not wireless. This needs to be plugged into an outlet for it to work. Overall this was a very functional addition to my parties and I can’t wait to use it again for my upcoming Halloween party.

Great Way to Kick Your Party up a Notch

The JBL PartyLight Beam is an excellent addition to any party or event, delivering an extra level of excitement. Its user-friendly design made it a breeze to pair with my PartyBox, and it syncs seamlessly with the music, swiveling to cast light in nearly any direction. I particularly appreciate the dual light output beams—one for RGB and one for LED—which create some stunning visual effects. The PartyBox app enhances the experience even further, allowing you to customize colors, brightness, and speed. Plus, if you have multiple PartyLight Beams, you can sync them for an even more impressive light show. I rated the PartyLight Beam four stars due to its lack of portability. Since it requires an AC outlet, it limits placement options. Unlike many other JBL products, which are battery-operated and perfect for outdoor settings like bonfires, the PartyLight Beam needs to stay plugged in. Overall, I highly recommend the PartyLight Beam. Its impressive light output greatly enhances the atmosphere, and when paired with any PartyBox, it creates a truly captivating display!
