Never drlivered

They have not delivered my item and I don’t have an update as when it’s going to come. I was gonna use it for vacation and now I’m gonna be gone and they said they’re gonna deliver it anyway even though I asked them to cancel it I would not buy from this company.

Poor battery life

The personalization was a perfect surprise for my husband. This speaker is not what I was expecting from JBL at all. The max battery life in this speaker is 2hours max. Even though it says 12-14 hours that is certainly not the case. Basically a cool looking paperweight at this point. Do better JBL. Not worth the price

Great sound

It has really great sound, good bass. Only downside is the battery life. But, I can understand with using the volume loud it would have a tendency of dying a little bit quicker. Overall, I really like the color, and size and sound. Would purchase again!

Doesn't work?

Bought this a few months ago and is super cute but doesn't work at all. Doesn't charge or turn on, so I'm a bit confused since I own other JBL speakers that work perfectly fine. Not sure what's going on...

Negative battery life

I purchased the personalized speaker. The picture & wording came out very nice. The sound is loud enough. Not too heavy not too light. But the battery life is terrible...I get about 1.5 hours of usage.

Perfect size and great sound quality

I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband who lost his last JBL speaker. He absolutely loved it and the camo color! He charged it right away and has been using it since. As always JBL never disappoints!

Grandson loves it

Birthday request for my 19-year-old grandson. He loves it. Even though he knew I was getting it for him, he was thrilled with it. The sound around our pool was amazing. I was worried the neighbors would complain about it.

I still haven’t received this item.. Today is 8/18/26, Macy’s delivery was supposed to be 8/15/26.
