Like listening to songs with a lot of bass it’s not as bassy as it should be and when using it for Warzone its not very good for that either, my wired apple EarPods from 8yrs ago are better

Mute button problems...
Overall I was very pleased with the purchase, especially for the sale price! But must give it a low score for one glaring problem. My mic mute button appears to be partially stuck after only pressing it a handful of times in the first week of use. My mic wasn't working, no mute indicator. But when trying to toggle the mic with the button there was no change in state and the button didn't feel like it was depressing. Felt solid. I jostled the headset a little by bumping on my palm and it started working again. I'm very careful with my electronics, and I'm not sure how this happened within a week of limited use.

Fantastic headset!
Got these on a killer sale, and dont regret it a bit. Great sound quality, connectivity options, and design. Only downsides I can mention are user specific, I found them a hair on the heavy side for long gaming sessions (4+hours) and the controls on the left can be a little confusing at first

Buyer beware
After purchasing this headset, I was incredibly excited to get it unboxed and up and running. Took some tweaks to get them game audio ready. Which took some time to balance out, and the first problem started. First update removed every setting I changed. Then the headset started to cut out, and then completely die in a couple months. Which after spending this much money is beyond infuriating.

Two years, second replacement.
The first year the headphones became filled with static. Now the USB keeps disconnecting.

Don't buy this headset. The cord is really bad. It's so bad that it wraps around all the time and after two weeks. Do you need a new cord?

Good for a time but eventually fails
about a year ago I bought the headset maybe a year and a half ago and it was great up until recent where it started having a problem of the usbc slipping out constantly and making me have to quit my game to get my input fixed so I could actually speak and hear

Great sound and really comfortable!
I bought these headphones before Christmas and have been using them while gaming and listening to music on my PC. The sound is amazing and they are really comfortable even after using them for hours in a row. The noise canceling feature works great.
