Terrible Design
These are the worst designed ear buds I’ve ever purchased. They constantly fall out of my ears no matter what I do. Whoever designed and approved the weight distribution for these earbuds needs to have their engineering skills evaluated.

So comfortable!
I bought these for my daughter who has noise sensitivity and lives in NYC. They are very comfortable and the adaptive noise canceling works so well for her. Great purchase! I'm planning on getting a pair for myself.

Great hardware! Software bugs in Bluetooth
Great hardware on these earbuds, solid hard-hitting bass, good ear fitment and don't fall out easily. battery lasts long time. only got these because the original tune bud 1 are no longer available and fell out of pocket one day. they have one FRUSTRATING ISSUE, it's the Bluetooth profiles/versions, they are the latest... but POOR BACKWARDS COMPATABILITY with many devices such as laptops (tried with 3 brands) and TV (6month old Samsung smart TV) connections are awful. Let's be clear, they PAIR and connect... however the audio drops in and out and speeds up and down/skips and there is clicking sounds.... the only work around is to have ANC feature ON or Ambiant aware ON??? Ambiant sound control off will result in unbearable issues. there seems to be no issues with an android phone connection. these are devices that worked great with the tune bud 1... PLEASE JBL, get onto a firmware update to fix this issue!!! i want to give 5 stars but i can't listen to my TV or laptop.... ..........please note, a full reset doesn't help... there is no interference from other devices (rural location, tuned off Wi-Fi and all other devices and appliances just to be sure. there is no external sounds causing this... audio mixing functions were off on the devices. they are within 4 meters of the earbuds; there are no obstructions between the earbuds and TV/laptops. This is not the fault of these other TV's/laptops (they are also not older than 6months some of them) this is software bug of the earbuds themselves not playing nice with every other device... if the intention was to only be compatible with a cellphone, please clearly advertise this... Also please note, I know someone else with these tune bud 2's and they are experiencing the same issue. get on and fix the software and give a software update through the app so i can give it 5 stars please!!

They fall out. Great sound when in, just don’t move. Useless for gym or running.

Too heavy - falls out or hurts ears
Bought these headphones in a pinch at an airport and quickly regretted my inability to return them. The sound quality is good but the physical earbuds are so big and heavy they don’t stay in my ears. I tried every earbud size in the package and was constantly frustrated. I couldn’t even give them away to friends or family because they also found them too heavy. Additionally the tap touch is nice until you’re someone with long hair that accidentally pauses the song or changes the listening quality every time you tuck your hair behind your ear - a little too touchy.

We’re here to help you with your JBL Tune Buds 2. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.
