TLDR: They keep falling out! the sound itself is pretty decent; just that they keep falling out. And to make it worse, the buttons are capacitive (not mechanical) so if you try to push it into your ear, you'll either pause music or turn on/off ANC. JBS recommend you change the rubber tips, tried it; didnt work even tried using other tips from old earbuds. no luck. I got this because my previously loved JBL Tune 125 TWS got lost. The fitment of those were so good! too bad it's sold out. Sad :(

Chanel the pairing
I would like to connect/Pair two different platforms. I have a Ipad and a Samsung phone.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds 2 supports multipoint connection and can connect up to two devices simultaneously. First, connect your primary device. Then, tap either the left or right earbud twice, holding the second tap for 5 seconds until you hear the pairing mode. Finally, connect your second device.
The ear pieces were uncomfortable and confusing to put in my ear.

Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Tune Buds 2. We recommend trying the different ear tip sizes included with your headphones to find the best fit. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the ear bud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the ear bud into your ear canal. Won’t stay in ears
Also because this is my second review, the pods will not stay in my ears. Do you know what it’s like for a black pod to drop on a dark floor in an airplane? Almost impossible to find. JBL no need to reply because you can you responses the same to every review.

Not noise cancelling
I bought these because my AirPods are static-y after many use and I was in the airport and needed something. I spent twice as much as what they are going for on site. But I needed noise cancelling due to prop plane. They are not noise cancelling unless you have your music cranked up. Terrible. And they don’t fit easily in my ears.

Great but...
3 stars because they don't read my text messages- otherwise ☆ The sound when talking to someone is a little off at times but over all great for comfort, watching movies, and listening to music.

Disappointing fit.
I was disappointed - not that they are a bad product, per se. They just don't seem to be designed to fit solidly in your ear (or at least my ear). They fall off easily because they just sit on my ear instead of in or around my ear. Also, I don't think you are able to adjust volume directly on the ear buds - you can only adjust volume with your phone or device.

Disappointing, Even at 50% Off
I bought these a few weeks ago during their 50% clearance sale. They're just okay. I've had Bluetooth connection issues with the right earbud, and they don't stay in my ears securely—they tend to loosen up. I also can't access Siri while using them. The sound quality is great; it's just a shame the rest of the experience isn't as good.
