Just bought these so totally clean and settings are all proper and still the max volume is so low!

Thank you for your feedback. For your JBL Tune Flex 2 give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend trying other provided eartip sizes. If the volume still seems to be low, we recommend checking the balance control on your source device in the Accessibility settings. And on the music app that you use, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Also, please check the balance control on the JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact us.
Awful
These headphones CONSTANTLY fall out of your ears and always at the worst time. When you touch the headphone to push it back in your ears, the touch capabilities are triggered. You can turn these settings off, but every single time your headphones die or randomly disconnect, you have to re download the app, go through the pairing process, and then turn those settings off again. I do not leave reviews often. This is how you know I genuinely hate these headphones.

Unfortunately the charging case doesnt work
I just bought 2 flex 2 and one of them has some problems with the charging case. JBL assistant promised me they would replace with a new one

After using the original tune flex, I decided to upgrade. However the audio is extremely quiet compared, and the noise cancellation seems worse somehow? Save yourself some money and avoid these

Are not noise cancelling
They don’t cancel noise. At all. I have changed the ear bits and even at volume on the highest level I can still hear everything
