Useless

They don't work.

These are the worst earbuds I've ever bought. Since the first time I tried them, the music would stop and start again every 1 second as if they are possessed. It's very annoying and it happens no matter what I do. Like I could be sitting with my phone in my hands and I can't listen to a 3 minute song without feeling as if i'm having a seizure. They also get triggered by the wind and the rays of the sun, activating the touch controls and pausing all the time or answering calls, which is honestly ridiculous it's 2026 and instead of going forward we are moving backwards with technology. I've tried deactivating the touch controls but it is still happening. I've been trusting for years JBL for their speakers but after this product i'm never buying from them again, because these earbuds were so ridiculously bad that it's honestly an insult to consumers...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Bluetooth works best within 30 feet in open spaces, but walls, obstacles, and wireless interference can significantly reduce range. Dropouts within 10 feet often signal interference or a corrupted connection. To resolve this: (1) unpair our JBL Tune Flex 2 from your device and manually re-pair them with both buds outside the case; (2) test with another device to isolate the issue; and (3) if needed, reset the earbuds by double-tapping the sensor and holding on the third tap for 5+ seconds, then rest them in the case for one minute before re-pairing. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

WORST WIRELESS EARBUDS EVER!

Purchased these about a year ago and they worked well for about 60 days. Battery life was never more than 2.5 hours of continuous use playing an audio book or music. On standby for phone calls, batteries would survive about 6 hours. Then low battery warnings would begin. Today, I can get about 2 hours of standby and 25 minutes of continuous use on the left earbud. And about 8-10 minutes of standby on the right. Worst battery life I've ever experienced. If you wear these outdoors and the wind picks up, all you can hear is a static noise until the noise suppression kicks in. At this point, I have reverted back to wired earbuds while i contemplate finding a new pair. Bottom line, I love JBL speakers and have never had any issues with any of their products. I usually consider their products as "PREMIUM" equipment. But I am disappointed with this purchase and would advise people to stay away from the Flex 2 earbuds!

Disappointing Quality and Waste of Time

JBL earbuds failed in 3–4 months — right earbud nearly silent, left works. Hours wasted troubleshooting a defective product, and they make you pay for the return. This is profit over quality: poor reliability, corner-cutting, and zero respect for your time. Don’t buy — it’s a total rip-off.

Below my expectations From the brand

The case and the EarPods are too light, the design is difficult to get the EarPids out of the case, takes too long to connect, not easy to use as it doesn’t respond to the tapping promptly, the fall off my ear constantly. I almost regret buying them as a replacement for the more expensive fruit brand. I got them as I love my speakers (JBL) but really disappoint in any way including the sound quality.

OK for the price i guess

Sound is good Noise cancelling average Fit is awkward for me, but still usable Right ear bud charges very slow unless the box is open - go figure buttons are way way too sensitive and in problematic locations

Meh

Sound is decent. Everytime you try to adjust one of the buds if they're about to fall out of your ear or not sitting right, it changes the mode. "**AWARENESS MODE ON**" "**NOISE CANCELLING ON**" You canNOT get your fingers near them without this happening. Go to change it the app? Then there is no option for touch to change the modes. You can pick 2: volume, modes, or track settings. When the battery is low, it SCREAMS in your ear "**BATTERY LOW**" I like to wear earbuds to sleep but cannot when they announce low battery like this. Since I can only change modes in the app, I always have it on noise cancelling so the battery doesn't last long at all. They're okay if you don't ever need to touch them while they're in your ears, if you don't need to use them for sleep, and you don't mind needing to rely on the app for 1/3 of what you need to control on them. They're also kind of a pain to get out of the case.
