Great sound quality, poor features.
Bought these to replace the tws 200 and I’m not happy with them. For two reasons. When they connect there is a constant white noise in the background that is very distracting. Second the touch feature is very poor and I have to hit it several times to answer calls, stop music, or hang up. The sound quality for music is way better but the two drawbacks make it less desirable.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand that our JBL Vibe Beam 2 did not meet your expectations. For the white noise in the background and if you are using an Equalizer (EQ) , please try turning the EQ off. If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may try to connect the earbuds to a different source device. If the issue does not resolve after those steps, please try a reset by tapping the left or right earbud twice and holding the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds with both earbuds on, and not charging. I bought these back in August before school and I absolutely love them! Prefect fit, great bass, great sound quality; essentially, they're the best earbuds I've ever had and will ever need.

I'm writing this after owning these for about a year and a half. These are the best earbuds I've ever had. I used to have apple air pods, and they were of course expensive but Jbl products in general have better sound quality. The reason why I'm writing this review is because I want to talk about the durability they have. Last week as of writing this, I accidentally left them in my work pants, and they went through a 40 minute wash cycle... I thought they would be done for, but they still work like nothing happened.. It's amazing! They don't take long to charge either, and last all day when I'm at work. (8 hour shift) I dunno what kind of magic Jbl has but I hope they keep their prices like this for a long time and keep their earbuds just as good as these!
