Wrong shoe size

Macy Customer Service was very helpful in taking care of this matter. However, I did not like receiving the wrong item twice. Second time received two right boots. Well that was not going to work. Then another size 10 wide plus other boot was 9.5 regular. Sorry, this was not working out for me. I have not had this kind of issue with Macy before. But, items were shipped from a third party vendor. Need I say any more about third party vendors?!?

Good shoes

If they're on sale there's no reason not to buy. They're so cute, and I've worn them all day without any issue. More traction in snow/ice than some more expensive shoes that I bought before.

good functional boots for cold and slush. May not be the prettiest or most fashionable but do the trick in the worst of weather so who really cares about that? Save your pretty boots for another day.

Size runs big

I ordered 8.5 like normal. they run big so I went through the return process and put a size 8 in my shopping to replace. now those are gone. so, now what? return and find something like it, everything else? my size is gone.
