Very poor quality shoes!!

First pair had one shoe defective. They fit well, but construction was bad. Side stuck out. Second pair looked fine, but one shoe was way too small. Now I am not able to return the second pair. Don’t know where they get their shoes from. Low bid. Do not recommend buying shoes from Macy’s. Another pair was so small, that I could even get my foot in it.

Nice looking shoes

I really liked the look of this black flat. The top part wasn’t overly low like some, it was just right. Wearing them around the house for a few days I couldn’t get them broken in to be comfortable. I’ll have to return them.

High quality

Would have given 5 stars but they run a little big in the heel and heel grips didn't work. I had to return them. A 1/2 size smaller may help.

Too big in the heel

Too big in the heel. They slip off despite being the correct size. Dont want to wear heavy socks with them so going back.

The sizes seem to run big.

I haven't worn the shoes yet and thought I might return them because they're a half size too large. But my size is not available so I'm keeping them...I like them too much. The sizes seem to run big.
