Shoes has cracked

I bough this boot October 2024 lasts year it’s already has cracked. Every time that I have use this boot water were getting into my boot and ended up with wet shoes. Macys you are loosing your shoes quality. Be more mindful that we love your shoes, but we paid quality no quality.
