NOT the original scent, do not buy.

I have been using this fragrance for 30 years. I ordered this bottle because of the unique packaging. The bottle is beautiful but the outside is where the beauty ends. This smells nothing like the original scent. I actually thought it had a chemical bug spray fragrance. I have worked in the fragrance industry so I know a lot about fragrances. My take is this could possibly be a fake product. The other possibility is a change from the manufacturer. The formula could have changed due to the price of ingredients. The product should not be at this price point if that is true. The Jean Paul website doesn’t even list parfume or perfume any longer. It only list eau de toilette. Sadly I am returning this bottle.

Completely in love!

I received this Jean Paul Gaultier Classique Collector Edition yesterday, and wow - I am absolutely blown away! The bottle is even more stunning in person, like a little masterpiece sitting on my dresser. Unboxing it felt so special, and it’s clear this is no ordinary perfume. The scent is captivating right out of the bottle - elegant, warm, and just the right balance of bold and soft. I haven’t even had the chance to wear it out yet, but I can already tell this is going to become my signature fragrance. If you’re considering adding this to your collection, don’t hesitate. It’s a beauty inside and out, and I’m so glad I treated myself to it! PS. I sprayed a bit tonight and asked my husband what he thought… He said: “OMG! Since when do you have this? Wow Carla, this is beautiful.” I mean… I am just in love! Thaaaaaaaaank you!!!
