Damaged on arrival

Beautiful earrings! Was excited to get them but then when the earrings arrived, they were shipped in a bag instead of a box. The backs of the earrings were bent and when I attempted to gently straighten, the back broke off! I would reorder it but was told it’s from a 3rd party and not directly from Macy’s. Really bummed because they are gorgeous!
