Shoes sold as new worn.

I recived these shoes and they’ve been worn. They smell and they’re scratched and scuffed up. I called customer service and they wanted me to join a Loyalty Rewards program to avoid a fee for returning a damaged item. Not happy.

surprisingly comfortable with great heights

5’2, 125 lbs, slightly narrow feet but Simpson sandals often run big for me. I’m typically a 6.5 in her closed toes boots; in other brands like Nine West I am usually 6.5-7. In Sam Edelman boots: 6.5 (not sure about sandals yet, will update when I know). It ranges broadly from brand to brand given how narrow my feet are and the shape of my heel for some reason results in often being unable to prevent my heels from lifting up in the back when I walk. It does lift a bit in these but I tightened the strap and that helps - I might need to put a heel cushion in the back. Hope this is helpful.
