Uncomfortable and painful

So this is painful to wear. The entire hold comes from the strap which is not soft, is uncomfortable and when walking chaffs the skin as you can see in the picture. The buckle part digs through the skin thus breaking skin. Mind you i had put bandaids all over and it still was painful. Completely a waste of money. Lacks quality and practicality.

Ankle straps gave me blisters.

Very pretty and comfortable to walk in EXCEPT for the ankle straps. I wore them for my sons wedding and by the end of the night the inside of both ankle bones were bruised and the outsides, where the buckles were had small blisters. I’m 5’4” so these might work on someone who is taller but not for me.

Loved the shoe but the ankle straps didn’t fit. May have to return if shoemaker can’t fix
