No free gifts with purchase as described

Most of the products said to have the free gifts but I received nothing. I am very disappointed.

In store purchase

Although the item I had bought is very nice, the experience I had in the store making the purchase was horrible. When I first walked into the Macy's in the Staten Island mall I was swamped by sales people who formed a gauntlet which I had to go thru if I wanted to continue shopping. I was almost afraid of walking by for fear of being mauled by sales personnel trying to make a sale at the perfume counter. Very high pressure, very unpleasant.
