Disappointed and frustrated

I was excited to receive my fragrance. When it arrived, the packaging inside was open, and the bottle of fragrance was almost empty. Customer service was helpful and promised a new bottle was on its way. The following day, I received an email stating that they could not authorize a new bottle of fragrance. I called customer service, and they asked me to ship back the damaged product. I was told that an expedited order for a new bottle would be on its way and I would receive a tracking number. This never happened. Even after the item was returned to Macy’s, no new bottle was shipped. I received another email stating that they would be sending me a gift card in the amount of my purchase, which is NOT what was said, and that was two weeks ago. I am frustrated and disappointed. Macy’s has the perfume and my money, and I have nothing. All I wanted was to have the damaged bottle replaced with a new bottle of my favorite fragrance!

Don’t buy it

When I smell it first, it was a very good smell then I put it on even after five second I can’t smell anything. It’s very very light. I tried a couple times and it is not worth it at all. Smell is very light disappointed.
