Received USED Pants

The pants I received are USED it’s obvious from their condition that they weren’t just tried on they are dirty and well worn. There is pilling of the material between the legs and the waistband. They are in such bad shape I would not even donate them to Goodwill. Macys should not be selling USED garments to customers. I expected better. I wouldn’t even rate them a 1 but had to in order to submit

Wish they had these pants in Petite as the length is a bit long and I will need to hem them. Nice berry color for fall or the holidays. Other colors available. Wash and wear pants.
