Wonderful Body Wash

First time using bath and body products. This body wash was beautifully satisfying. Applied the lotion afterwards and wow seems as if I sprayed the Fragrance. Very happy and satisfied with my Jo Malone products. Highly recommended!

Fresh, mild and lovely!

I love using a special scent when showering or washing my hands at the sink. This has a mild yet sweet scent. Not too floral, just lovely. I am sensitive to strong fragrances plus I don’t want to irritate my cat’s respiratory system. I would prefer a better pump, however, as that is my only criticism.

MACYS KEEPS SENDING WRONG ITEM

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM TWICE. INSTEAD OF THE BODY CREME THEY KEEP SENDING HAND CREAM TUBE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO KEEP DIRECTING ME AND WASTING MY TIME TO GO THE STORE. I STILL DIDN’T RECEIVE THE RIGHT ITEM. I CAN RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BUT DON’T BUY FROM MACYS IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT ITEM WITHOUT HASSLE OF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND WASTING YOUR TIME TO GO RETURN AN ITEM THAT THEY CANT RESHIP CORRECTLY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MACYS PART.
