blackberry n bay

love it. I tried other scents, but this one is my fave. a friend gifted me the lime and mandarin, which I love also, but when I smelled this one, I'm hooked.

faulty product

Hi, I bought a gift for my girlfriend, Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay 3.4oz cologne. To her surprise, when she opened the bottle was missing the spraying cap so she was unable to use it. I'm just as aghast that a reputable brand like Bluemercury would sell such a faulty product to us, and it has never happened before. Is this some kind of a fake product or a refurbished product you're selling to us? Looking at the cap-less Jo Malone cologne bottle, I can't help but thinking Bluemercury is no different from knock-off online cologne stores, masking the products as if they're genuine and in perfect condition. I'm mortified my girlfriend thinks I'm giving her a fake product.

Why change a good thing??

I guess it’s the new trend for beauty manufacturers to charge the same amount of money while producing inferior products. The cologne does not have any longevity or throw. That’s sad bc I’ve been wearing this fragrance since its inception. In the past I’d spray it on in the morning and it would last all day. The new bottle I just received doesn’t even last a few hours. That’s a shame since the high cost doesn’t justify the low quality. I’ll be returning this cologne and looking for a new favorite fragrance since Jo Malone no longer produces quality products.
