    heel slips

    we have an issue with his heel slipping even with 2 heel grippers ineach heel he has yet to wear them can you advise what to do???

    Wonderful shoe

    I have had the same shoe now for 3 years now. Yes I have replaced the heels once. I love these shoes. Very comfortable and still look great

    Poor quality

    Less than a a few months old and I’ve had to re-sole the front half of the shoe. Now, the heal is about to come off. Comfortable, but poor quality.

    Beware Squeaking

    These shoes are fine, exactly what I expected. But I am experiencing extremely loud, annoying, and negative-attention garnering squeaking. This is the worst I’ve ever experienced from any type of shoe, to the point I don’t want to wear them anymore.

    I love the style, but. . .

    I have purchased these shoes before, the style is classic and the comfort is bar none when compared to those made by other companies. However, the one unintended characteristic I'd love to change is the tendency for these loafers to creak or make squeaking type noises when flexing. Some pairs are more noticeable than others, but it nearly is always present. Great shoe otherwise.
