Someone needs to follow directions

I order this item theee time to make sure I am not loosing my mind. Macy kept sending me a different style of shies. Plus they are so sneaky that they go into my purchase order and change it. If I wanted that style then I would have order that one. This is not the first time

Heel strap

Shoes are very pretty however, the back strap doesn’t go high enough to stay in place. Doesn’t give the support. If tightening than shoe looks too big on the heel. If you like flopping around than go for it they are pretty.

Color was off

I bought these shoes in both the black and also the caramel color. The color appeared darker on the site but in reality was a much lighter shade. Both were a little wide in the front and did not fit my feet properly. The shoe quality is great and looks classy.
