I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed my order on 2/7, and the Macy’s website states that it was delivered on 2/10. That is absolutely not true — I never received my order. I called Macy’s on February 15th and was told that I would receive it that same day. Unfortunately, the order still has not arrived. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. Customers rely on accurate delivery tracking and honest communication. Showing an order as “delivered” when it was not creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect a prompt investigation and resolution to this issue.
Too big
I normally wear a 9.5M. As soon as they arrived I tried them on and my heals would come out when I’d walk. I will be returning them and purchasing a 9M. I love the shoes, they are beautiful. I hope that by sizing down they would fit perfectly.

Runs Big
I wear a size 6.5 and sometimes 7; but ordered a size 6.5, it was waay too big with about an inch of space from my heel to back of shoe. I wanted to keep by stuffing cotton in toe but that didn't help enough to keep them from slipping off so I returned to store.
Used
When I open the box it looked like these shoes had been returned before. I will return them.
Cut small!
I am so disappointed in the shoes I just purchased. They are cut so slender, my toes barely fit in the shoe. I have worn a 9b for twenty years. These shoes are cut so small, I have to order the wider size, we’ll see how that fits. These are JONES of New York, not Walmart shoes. Cut VERY cheaply and small. Not Macys quality at all.
