Too basic

This turtleneck shirt looks too basic in a bad way. I was looking for a basic turtleneck that's neither too thin nor too thick, like INC used to make them few years ago. Jones New York has some good quality classic pieces. This is not it. It seems to be made of durable farbric, but it is boring. It is not made to flatter women of any age, like a classic basic turtleneck should be.
