WRONG ITEM SENT AGAIN

I have ordered this sweater twice now and this IS NOT THE SWEATER PICTURED that I have received twice now. I will be returning both sweaters to Macy's because its not what I ordered. Why are you sending me this sweater, clearly not the same.?

Beautiful and warm

,I have not worn this sweater yet but tried it on and can’t wait for the next cold front. Black pants, black shirt or tee, and black booties and you’re magnificent. Don’t forget the colorful scarf.

Not the sweater in the photo

I really like the sweater, but it is not the sweater in the photo. The one I received is shorter, does not have pockets, and is rounded in the front, not square. Super soft!
