Quality issue

I'm returning the Joolbaby swing due to concerns about its quality. Despite its appealing features, such as the side-to-side motion and Bluetooth connectivity, I've experienced issues that led me to decide it's not the right product for us.

Haven’t had baby yet but we are so excited, easy to build
