Did not perform as expected

I was disappointed the next day after using to see scratches on the cutting board. It is not durable and looks ugly after use. Considering the cost I wished it performed better. I have had cheaper boards and it took years of usage before any visibility of scaring from knives. I am going to try and return. The case is nice and looked great on my counter.

Antiquated systems at Macys

Very disappointed in Macys. Was promised this by Christmas Eve but when it hadn’t even been shipped out at that point, I asked to cancel it. I was told by customer service that I couldn’t cancel and would have to wait for it to arrive and then return it. That would have been ok, except I had to pay the return shipping cost!

Poor quality finish

The rose gold cover for this chopping boards set blended beautifully in my kitchen. Unfortunately the finish of the individual chopping boards was disappointing. The edges where there handles joined the board were rough and the colour coding was poor. Not what I expected from Joseph Joseph as I have purchased other excellent items in the past. Chopping boards returned with no problem for a full refund.

My kitchen units are high

My kitchen units are high gloss oyster so the boards match-up well. Apart from that the chopping boards are a nice size for individual products, knife friendly and easy to clean.

Fine so far. They are supposed to be colour coded, but there is minimal difference in colour between the four small dots on the four boards. Glad I got them half price though, as full price is silly money. Best feature is the stacking. Hope they last.
