Chunky garlic crusher

Got this because I thought it might be easier than using a micro plane (and less likely to shred my nail). But it leaves the garlic in bigger chunks than I would like. It goes through the garlic pretty easy but does leave big chunks in the holes which are hard to get out.

It’s ok

The holes are too big to give a fine mince of the garlic. Maybe that’s what it is supposed to do, but I was disappointed.

Best garlic mincer

I use more fresh garlic now that I have this garlic mincer. It’s so much faster, plus easy clean up.

If you're looking for crushed not minced garlic

Easy to clean; love that it's stainless steel; misses 5-star rating due to being unsuitable for recipes calling for minced garlic. Result of using "garlic crusher' is indeed crushed garlic.
