Product was broken when arrived.

Product was broken when arrived. I have returned product but still had no reply/communication. Not sure why and out of pocket. Had to take matters further. Would appreciate them contacting me to discuss. Not happy at all!

Do not freeze - glass shattered

I have had the dishes for some time and worked well in the fridge and oven but shattered instantly when I got the dish out of the freezer.

Lids don’t fit

I am a huge fan of Joseph Joseph and couldn’t recommend their products more highly…these unfortunately are an exception. In my nest, none of the lids fit their matching containers making them no different to normal glass dishes. I also found the large glass dish broken in my cupboard for seemingly no reason. I would recommend all else but don’t recommend buying these. I have literally never used them.
