Wrong color

I was really looking forward to these shoes, but unfortunately I received the wrong color. I ordered black, but the package arrived with white shoes. Shoes too long … run big

These shoes run long. I ordered my size 8 1/2 wide and had so much back shoe showing. I probably should have ordered a 7 1/2 wide. There was not any issue with the wide width.
