Could not fit foot through opening

Love the look and price of these boots, but I guess I can only buy zip on boots from now on. The boot is sized for a 9.5 but the opening was not. I couldn’t even get my toes through! Had to return. Only suitable for narrow feet.

It was too narrow at the top. I did not like the material it was very shiny. I had to return them

Unsatisfied with the appearance

The boot did not look like I thought it would, in person. The photos made the boot look a bit more stylish and the shinyness of the leather was unexpected, making it look more like a rain boot. The quality was also a concern. I will admit, I did not try it on. I was unsatisfied with the appearance, so I returned it.

No zipper!

Nice boots style and heel. But they do not have a zipper due to that recent I could not even get my foot in, and I am not going to force my foot in then I’ll be hard to get off I’m sending them back.
