The haven’t been delivered

Macy’s online shopping is a scam. Upon purchase I was told the items would have been delivered days ago. Unfortunately on the date of delivery I was informed they would arrive next week. Days after the event I bought them for. The excuse I was given by the help human in India said it is from a third party vendor which wasn’t shown on the purchase agreement. Don’t trust Macys online as I asked to cancel the order. The chat bots are useless and the humans only Give rediculous apologies instead of actual solutions. Do t waste your time or money on Macys purchases online.

I ordered a half size larger that I have always worn due to a little recent swelling. These will be perfect. Felt comfortable as soon as I put them on.

Great shoe

I'm not a loafer kind of girl but was looking for a comfortable everyday shoe that's easy to slip on and is more elevated than a sneaker. I found it! These loafers a super comfortable, with a cushiony sole and soft material. Easy to walk in, no pain points, and look very stylish with such a streamlined design. I liked them so much that I bought another pair. I have both the beige and the leopard print. Great shoe. Buy it!

Returning

The shoes have absolutely no cushion whatsoever. Not comfortable. I would have to size up and get insoles but instead I rather just look for something.

Not a good fit

I ordered a 10W, I usually wear a 9. The shoe is very tight, not true to size.
