2 weeks for delivery

product it’s Ok, material Ok, but costumer service terrible, they don’t help you at all, i bought a gift fot my daughter because they said it was 2-3 business days for delivery and it took 2 weeks! i tried to cancel the order because i don’t need it anymore and i couldn’t, i have to wait until product arrives
