slow service/unaware of brands and products

The crew/sellers did not know the information about how to pay in a store and the other client receive it in another city. Finally, a lady did it but she spend to much time (like an hour), second, they did not have all kinds of fragrances, finally I asked for a face lotion I bought at Macys once and I wanted to buy another one, and the lady said " we do not sell that brand", she could recommend another one or if she do not know , send me with another lady.
