Terrible Quality

I don’t know if they changed the zipper design as the zippers on mine look different than the pictures. But I bought this bag shortly before my due date (11/17/25) and after using a week, the zipper handles/clasps (not sure what they’re called) started breaking. I literally had to tie them in knots so I could pull the zipper closed. It happened on almost all of the zippers. For price, I expected much better quality.

Nice organization but horrible quality

I received this as a gift at my baby shower . I’ve been using it on average once a week for 9 months now and have washed it maybe 3-4 times . It’s completely falling apart - ripped seams - which started around the 6 month mark . I Was really excited for the organizational aspect of it having multiple compartments but due to it being very low quality and not lasting long at all, I would not recommend it .

What happened to the flap to the side wipe pocket

Recently did a warranty claim for the previous version of the Classic Diaper Bag as the seams was wearing. Ordered the new Classic Diaper Bag, but was disappointed to find out that there have been some design updates – one of them being the removal of the flap to the side pocket that they had on the previous version. It was the perfect pocket for wipes and that flap made it incredible easy to access. Quite disappointed they decided to remove that.

Poor Quality

I don’t think this backpack is worth the price. We’ve used it for a couple months and the tags of the zippers are already ripping making it so inconvenient to use.

Great Bag

I bought this for my second baby based on what I learned from first’s diaper bag (UPPAbaby Changing Backpack). I love the outer pockets on the side and that it’s machine washable. I just wish JuJuBe had information on its website about the company’s sustainability/ethical sourcing policies.
