VERY BAD SERVICE
Very bad delivery service. Ordered boots was told approx. delivery date 2/25/25, then I was informed they had arrived in San Antonio TX 2/27/25 and would be delivered on the 28th. Today is March 2 and still have not received my boots. Called Customer Service and could not understand what the person (Alex I think she said), but as much as I made an effort to understand her, I couldn't make out a word. Asked her to speak slower, but it didn't help. I got tired and frustrated, asked her to cancel the order and to give me a confirmation No. my order had been cancelled and she said she couldn't provide me with a confirmation No. Very disappointing, Macy's had always provided first class service. I've had the Silver card for years but I just received a Red card. seems I'm being down graded. Why?
Never got my order!
I don't have a review for the product--as I never received the shoes from Macy's. The website defaulted the store I selected for pick-up, and shipped them 4 hours away from where I live. There was NO ATTEMPT to help me get the order I placed by shipping it to a different store or by shipping it directly to me--and I offered to pay the shipping!
I LOVED THEM
Besides being beautiful, they are comfortable, they fit well on your foot and make you look elegant. I loved them.

Nice boots
These are nice, but they hurt the front and top of my ankle. I will have to return because of this. When I walk the top of the boot is digging into the front of my ankle.

Cute Boots At A Great Price
These a very cute stylish boots. I like the fact the heel isn't too high. The heel area was too narrow for me so I will be returning them. But the are very nice and I am sorry they didn't work for my chubby feet!
