WORST EXPERIENCE

I still never received this item.. 1 month ago I ordered it on Feb 13th. Called customer support and they never resolved it and had the strangest customer excuses. I am still waiting…

Dissatisfaction

I’m very disappointed about this purchase as I purchased a Karl Lagerfeld handbag and was received a Calvin Klein handbag that had the Karl Lagerfeld ticket attached to it. Not only was it the incorrect bag, the bag i received was missing the crossbody strap and had multiple white stains. Now my Karl Lagerfeld bag that I had originally wanted is out of stock and I can no longer purchase is as it has been too long. I’m extremely disappointed. I had to end up returning the Calvin Klein bag because it was not what I ordered and you can tell it was clearly a return from another customer. I’m surprised it was even shipped out in the first place.

Cute Blush Bag!

Beautiful bag! The color is so nice, the handles are very sturdy and cute Love the chains. It's a huge bag! Almost big enough to use as a work bag! Plenty of room for all of my essentials and lots of other stuff too! Cute bag and well made!
