Stylish - Warm - My New Favorite

I love everything about this jacket. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. The fabric and style are wonderful. It is both lightweight and very warm. I wear a size large in everything, but often wear a size X Large in plugger coats. Given the reviews, I stuck with the large and even that was too big, so I returned it for a medium. That fits perfect. I have also received many compliments on the jacket. A great value, too.

Unacceptable Service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase from Macy’s. The jacket I ordered online arrived with the security tag still attached, and the staff who prepared my package clearly failed to remove it. I had no idea what this device was, and now I am forced to return the item because of their negligence. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I expected much better service from a store of Macy’s reputation.

Size Down

The coat is cute and cozy, dress up and dress down. I’m a XL, I purchased a Large however could have definitely got the Medium and still have been comfortable.

Karl jacket

I love the way this jacket looks! I read a review that said “size down”. So I did. But, that didn’t fit, either. I am between a large and an XL. I wound up with a small. So please size down!!!
