Beauty and Comfort!

I was looking for a shoe to wear with a white dress I recently purchased. Although I had dozens of pairs of shoes in my closet to choose from, none of them looked right with the dress. I found this shoe online and ordered it in white. The lace on the shoe pairs perfectly with the lace on my dress. This shoe is the total package, beauty and comfort! I'm very happy with my purchase.

shoes size and customer service issues

There was a lot of miscommunication about sizing. I ordered size 1, but when the item arrived, it was actually size 10! I also tried to adjust the price since it dropped on the website, but after contacting customer support, they created a case and never gave me the case number or any updates. Poor customer service and inaccurate size information.

Shoes Run Small

Originally I purchased 7.5 but I had to size up. Even after buying a larger size I still don’t think the shoes are very flattering. Although they were comfortable to walk around in. They are lightweight enough to keep in your purse when the heels get too uncomfortable.
