Wrong Item

Ordered this blouse for 2 important events, they sent me pants instead of the blouse. Reshipment was processed 3 days ago and was not even shipped yet. Most likely won’t arrive by my next important event. Very upset.

Never received my order and customer service has no clue what they are doing. Now I will have to contact my bank since you all can't even issue a refund. Never again will I order from Macy's.
