Perfect outfit for a nice day event

I got this dress with matching jacket for a day event. It was very pretty and I liked the sew manship compared to other products. Unfortunately it did not fit me. I have dresses size 6 from a few years ago and I ordered a 4P and it was still to big. Having difficult time with today’s sizing.
