Too big and next size not available.

Far too big. I ordered it in the size I wear, and it was too large. You didn’t have the next size down.

Buttons are backeard

The jacket itself arrived in fine shape and very pretty. However, the TWO. BUTTONS were sown on with the finished side facing the jacket and the raw side showing. I will be taking it to Macy's for exchange or refund. In all my years of buying from Macy's I've never seen such poor quality control.
