Buttons are backeard

The jacket itself arrived in fine shape and very pretty. However, the TWO. BUTTONS were sown on with the finished side facing the jacket and the raw side showing. I will be taking it to Macy's for exchange or refund. In all my years of buying from Macy's I've never seen such poor quality control.

Soft fabric

Like the fabric soft & doesn’t feel hot on the skin. Probably don’t need much ironing which I prefer. Like the color as well
