Macys Packed These Very Poorly. Received broken

Macy's packed these very poorly, and they all arrived broken. The store did not cushion the manufacturer's box and there was NO protection. A big waste of my time. Also, these glasses are not made as well as they used to be. The glass bottom doesn't have the same thick 1/2 base.

Macys packed very poorly and they arrived broken

Ordered 12/6. Scheduled for 12/16 delivery. 12/19 not here. Customer service was no help. “You will get it ASAP”. Seriously?
