very cute once you figure it out

It's great to be able to wear this bag so many ways. I had to watch the video on the kate spade website like 10 times but ultimately figured it out. the cross-body is definitely the most natural way to wear - I could be doing it wrong, but the shoulder bag option requires doubling back the strap and it doesn't lie perfectly flat on top of itself (maybe it will once the strap gets broken in over time); when you wear it without a strap, clipped together at the top, it looks cute but you can't really open and close it easily to get stuff in and out - it's easier to just unclip it every time which is not ideal but it's fine. the cute bonus bag is also great - not big enough for a phone but fits airpods, lipstick etc.
